Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels are securely attached.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while our team processes your refund within 5-7 business days.
